Exit readiness · Sell-side advisoryGet ready to sell, sell, or vet what you're buying. Four ways to work with BrimWall, and one rule across every engagement: one client per deal.
Three sides of the same market. We only ever sit on one of them per deal.

Exit readiness · Sell-side advisoryStrategics, platforms, and private equity buying in cybersecurity. We originate against a proprietary map of the market and vet what you're already looking at.
Buy-side origination · Cyber diligenceFirst-time buyers of cyber and MSSP businesses. Fixed-fee diligence that reads the product, the contracts, and the churn before you sign an LOI.
Cyber diligenceFour stages, all run by the partner you meet on the first call. No handoff to an analyst pool, because there isn't one.
Valuation range, the likely buyer set, and whether now is the time. If the answer is not yet, we say so and tell you exactly what to fix. Some of our best mandates started as a no.
The story buyers actually underwrite: retention, margin quality, contract structure. CIM, model, and data room built by the partner who will defend them in diligence.
A structured process run against our 4,080-company map of strategics, platforms, and sponsors. You approve the list before a single email goes out, and your name stays behind a codename until you say otherwise.
LOI terms, diligence defense, and the final push through legal. One client, one fee, no surprises at the table.
The price a buyer pays was mostly decided 18 months before the process started. By the time you're "ready to sell," the retention curve, the contract terms, and the customer concentration are what they are. Diligence just discovers them.
The readiness assessment is a fixed-fee look at your company through an acquirer's eyes: everything a buyer's diligence team will flag, scored against what buyers in your category actually pay for, with a dollar value attached to each fix. Then, if you want the help, a quarterly cadence to work the list until the business is worth what it should be.
It is deliberately cheap relative to what it moves. A fixed single-customer concentration problem or a converted month-to-month contract base is routinely worth a full turn on the multiple.
Full-process representation for cybersecurity and security-adjacent companies in the lower-middle market. Most of our clients fall roughly between $1M and $50M ARR, but fit matters more than size.
The process is the four stages above, run end to end by the partner: the honest read, positioning, a structured buyer process against our proprietary database, and negotiation through close. Every mandate runs under NDA and a codename, and no buyer learns your name until you approve it.
What you will not get: a junior team learning on your deal, a buyer list padded with names that will never bid, or a fee from anyone but you.
The pre-LOI look the Big 4 won't quote at this deal size. Fixed fee, fixed timeline, and a written read you can act on: what the product actually is, what the contracts actually say, and where the revenue actually comes from.
Cyber and MSSP targets fail diligence in predictable places: a platform that is really professional services, a retention story that is really one anchor customer, a security company with weak security of its own. We look for all of it before you're committed.
The deliverable ends with a view, not a hedge: proceed, proceed at a different price, or walk, and the reasons for each.
For acquirers who know what they want to own and need qualified, proprietary access to it. We originate against our 4,080-company database and the founder relationships behind it: who is growing, who is stalled, who fits your thesis, and who will actually take the call.
The conflict question, answered plainly: one client per deal. When we represent a buyer, the seller has independent representation, and we never take a fee from the party across the table. If a mandate would put us on both sides of anything, we decline it.
The whole model in four lines. Anything not written here is agreed in writing before an engagement starts.
